In Mandarin it is "Gong Xi Fa Cai"
(pronounced similar to "goong shee faa tsai")
In Cantonese it is "Gong Hey Fat Choy"
(pronounced similar to "goong hey faat choy")
It means "wishing you prosperity in the coming year".
