Last winte...So true; but ignorance and fear abound.<br />Last winter I had a seemingly well informed citizen of the United States (of America, not Mexico) who when Canadian Health Care was mentioned,had the ignorance to declare to me, "Yes, but it is Communist health care".<br />Unbelievable that the politicians and media have so influenced people to this degree. It seems like unless they are given a thought to think they are not able to think. I have read the term "sheeple" and think it is quite appropriate.<br />I don't foresee the political scene or health care scene for that matter, changing in the USA in the near future as the politicians are run by big business. It is not in the best interest for them, (big business) monetary wise for the average citizen to become better off or better informed.
